Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Trusted-Fresh when you use this platform.

Last updated August 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What the service is

Trusted-Fresh provides software tools, research content and account reporting. We are a technology platform. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, custodian, exchange or investment adviser, and we do not hold client money or securities.

Nothing on the platform is personalised investment, tax or legal advice, and no content should be read as a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that appears to be fraudulent, in breach of these terms, or used in a jurisdiction where we cannot lawfully operate.

4. Verification

Access to some features requires identity verification. We may request documents and delay or decline a request while checks are outstanding.

5. Fees

Applicable fees are shown before you commit to a service. Third parties involved in any transaction may charge their own fees, which we will disclose where we know them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, upload malicious files, or use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

7. Content and intellectual property

Research, branding and software on this platform belong to Trusted-Fresh or its licensors. You may read and reference our research for personal use, but you may not republish it commercially without permission.

You retain ownership of documents and data you upload, and grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Market data and research may contain errors or become outdated. Investing involves risk, including total loss of capital.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for investment losses, indirect or consequential losses, and loss of profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination and changes

You may close your account at any time. We may change these terms and will post the updated version here; continued use after a change means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, as stated on the Contact page.

This document is a general template supplied with the platform. It is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before relying on it.
