Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Last updated August 2026
1. Who we are
Trusted-Fresh (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the associated customer platform. Our registered entity name, company number and registered office are configured by the platform operator and shown on the Contact page; where these still display placeholder values they have not yet been supplied.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, phone number and password credentials managed by our authentication provider.
Verification data: identity documents and proof of address that you upload for identity checks. These are held in private storage that only you and authorised compliance staff can access.
Platform data: portfolio entries, transactions, deposit and withdrawal requests, support tickets and documents you create or upload.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
3. How we use your data
To create and operate your account, to verify your identity where required by law, to provide the reporting and research features you request, to respond to your enquiries, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering rules where applicable), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure platform. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Retention
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is active and for any period afterwards required by law. Verification documents are retained only for the period required by applicable regulation, then deleted.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer records is governed by row-level security rules, so each account can only read its own data, and staff access is role-based and audit-logged.
No system is perfectly secure. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights; we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
We will post any material change to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Questions about privacy can be sent through the Contact page.
